ESP Products offers you many convenient ways to order the products you are looking for. Telephone sales representatives are available during office hours to handle your orders and to give any pricing information you may require. ESP Products would appreciate if these lines were used for orders only so that the sales representatives can process the orders more efficiently. Review the following methods to determine which is best for you.

Order by Mail:

Incorporated into the ESP Products catalogs are mail-in order forms that can be sent to the Ordering Department with a method of payment so the order may be processed and shipped out right away. We ask that you fill out all the information on the forms so that we may contact you if a question should arise. C.O.D. orders require a 25% deposit with a mail-in order to assure proper delivery. Please do not send cash through the mail.

ESP Products has a 24 hour fax line open 365 days a year throughout the world. Faxed orders are retrieved throughout the day and are handled as mailed in order forms. This number may be used for Technical question, orders, and job proposals.

Sales representatives are prepared to handle your product orders and to assist you with pricing questions. ESP Product's telephone lines are open during normal working hours ( 9 am- 5 pm E.S.T.).

Telephone orders may be paid by C.O.D., personal check, money order, American Liberty Dollars, or credit card. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are accepted and will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card as approved by the respective card holding company. This policy is for your protection and the protection of ESP Products. All credit cards will be verified before any products leave the facility.
